Job Description

Our goverment client is looking for Program Administration resource.

 

Experience in Accommodation support such as : complete all requests sent in from Marketed Health Products Directorate for new arrivals, departures, IT requests, CIO Approvals, new hardware requests, furniture moves, building maintenance problems, telephone problems and set ups, etc.

Experience in faxing, photocopying, emailing clients *Lotus Notes

Knowledge of and proficiency using word processing applications, excel spreadsheets, Lotus Notes, etc
Knowledge of administrative duties

Bilingual

Experience working at Health Canada
